Frequently asked
What counts as an aircraft?
Only aircraft on your certificate that your pilots actually log time in. Ferry aircraft, aircraft in long-term maintenance, or tails you've parked don't count until they're back on the line.
Can I add or remove aircraft mid-cycle?
Yes. Add a tail when you pick it up, remove one when it leaves the fleet. Changes are prorated to the day, so you only pay for what's flying.
What if I have multiple 135 certificates?
Enterprise handles multiple certificates under a single login with fully isolated data per cert. On Standard, run a separate org for each certificate.
Do I need to sign a contract?
Month-to-month by default — no lock-in. Choose annual billing only if you want the 17% discount, which requires paying 12 months up front.
What data is included?
Unlimited pilots, unlimited storage for documents and photos, and unlimited messages. You pay per aircraft, not per seat or per gigabyte.
Is my data private and isolated?
Yes. Every operator runs on their own private instance, and data is completely isolated at the database level. Your release logs never share a table with anyone else's.
What about training and onboarding?
The setup fee covers chief training so your leadership is fluent from day one. Enterprise operators get ongoing support through a dedicated Slack channel with the founder.
What's the SLA?
We target 99% uptime on Starter and Standard, and guarantee 99.9% on Enterprise with a written SLA.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Month-to-month plans cancel anytime. Annual plans can pause, with a pro-rated refund on any unused months.
